L: leftover low carb beef/vegetable soup from last night w/ flaxmeal muffin
S: I am thinking about cooking some ham and serve it with pico de gallo (sounds good to me right now)
Evening snack: probably my protein peanutbutter milkshake again. I haven't got sick of it yet.
I walked for 40 minutes this morning and I plan on riding the excercise bike this evening. Maybe I'll do some sit-ups too ( I hate doing sit-ups).
