I am sick. There are a couple of kids I work with who have runny noses and are quite disgusting in the cleanliness habits, so now I am sick. My head is stuffed full and the pressure is unbearbable, while my nose keeps leaking and my throat keeps burning. On top of that, my mouth still hurts on one side. I'd like to stay home, but alas, I must earn tha***** bitty paycheck! Food was okay yesterday. I didn't really eat much, but I don't know how many calories are in what I did eat for dinner, because it was fast food (very soft fast food!). I spent the afternoon on the couch and went to bed around 8pm. Today's menu looks rather bleak, as well. B: protein shake, although I plan to take some low-carb chai tea to work with me L: protein shake D: anything BUT a protein shake S: cottage cheese, string cheese, peanutbutter...something that strikes my fancy...or all of it. whatever, you know... B: Tilapia/Applesauce S: AchievOne L: Grilled Chicken/Swiss Cheese/Lettuce/Lite Dressing S: 1 oz Cashews/AchievOne D: Ground Turkey S: AchievOne Didn't have time to use fityday this morning... don't know calories yet. It's at least 1300 (goal). Down 7 lbs in two days! I'm loving this. I'm motivated!!! Exercise: 60 minutes water aerobics - DONE! Weight Lifting - Upper Body (BodyforLife.com) Hugs! Denise

Congrats girl keep it up!! I was down 2 pounds this morning so I'm quite happy!!!! Here's my plan for today: B: Grilled Chicken and cheese burrito (low carb tortilla) S: Cheese and Apple Slices L: Turkey Meatballs S: Protein Shake D: Not sure yet, going out to eat, but sure to make it as healthy as possible.
