MTL Tuesday
Teeth still hurt. Well, one tooth anyway. I hope I don't have dry socket. Stomach is now bugging me, too...probably all the medicine. I didn't do too horribly yesterday until I went to bed. Then I woke up and finished off some pizza...I barely even remember doing it, but my mouth hurts now.

For breakfast I had 2 zero carb sausage links (they were zero carb, but loaded with fat and I don't feel too well after eating it). For lunch I plan on eating some leftover low carb enchilada casserole (delicious!), and for supper I plan on eating leftover skinless chicken breast (boiled in soy sauce). ...and for evening snack I plan on drinking my famous peanut butter protein milkshake (my husband loves it, so I have to make double for him!)
I had a perfect day yesterday. Here's a shock.. the scale moved 4 lbs!!!! Let's see if I can do it again today!! (Hope you feel better soon Pamela!)
