MTL Monday
Yesterday: 1500 calories and 30 minutes exercise, all water and vitamins.
Today begins another week, and I am absolutely dreading work. I love the kids, but the teacher that I primarily work with completely stresses me out. Not only does she dump the bulk of the work on me, but when she's in a bad mood, the tension in the room is horrendous. It truly is a toxic environment, and I'm trapped.
Here's today's menu:

Hang in there Pamela! Yesterday was pretty good, not perfect, but okay. I didn't exercise at all. Here's today's plan:

OK - after a DISASTEROUS weekend ( all I'll say is Oreo Blizzard... ) I am going to stick to protein drinks and protein bars today through Friday. I didn't weigh this morning, I don't think I'll weigh until maybe Thursday. I really wanted to be in the 160's for when I go to Boston on Saturday, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed and my mouth shut!!!

D: Atlkins Caramel protein bar

The weekend was pretty good overall, I did not over do it. I stayed on task! Yay! I worked out last night even.
Today I don't really have a plan. Not sure what to do since I have moved away from my wls surgeon. For about a month on my right side just under my rib cage I have had this tugging sensation like something is poking me. Doesn't hurt just not comfortable. Then in the past week eating without getting sick has been a task. Seems my tummy is getting more and more sensitive. I've gotten sick at least 4 times in the last week eating normal healthy protein filled foods. Just don't get it. Anyway, I'm definitely back on track food wise so I'll make good choices today.
