Uncle!! I have had it!!

Okay... so I'm tired of guessing if I'm doing this right. I made an appointment to see my doctor's WLS nutritionist. It's a shame, my appointment is not until October 10! So.... I'll keep winging it my way until then.... While I'm down 10 lbs since the beginning of the year. I've got to pick up the pace! I'm going to make it to goal or die trying!!!! Stay tuned.... Hugs! I'm right there with you Denise. I'm going through a tough time right now - I just can't seem to stick with my plan for the day. I know my life has been super stressful lately and that is contributing to my eating problems. I hope I can really get back to that place where I'm serious and stick with it.
