MTL Sunday
I have been absolutely out of control for a week and a half. All junk food, all the time. I guess I've just had too much going on in my life that even medication couldn't help me control the emotional eating. Today is a new week, a new day...so there's always hope!
B: 2 slices whole wheat toast with a bit of peanut butter
L: tuna sandwich
D: a small portion of spaghetti
S: nothing planned
Exercise: 30 minutes walking

Yesterday was pretty good, except I overdosed on pumpkin seeds...
I was trying to find some "legal" to snack on... I guess my personality won't allow me to "snack" as I end up grazing or overdosing....
The scale is UP today!!! Of course, I've got the blues about it.... We won't discuss the lasanga I ate on Friday... This weight thing is no joke. You've got to stay on top it!!
Today, I'm doing all liquids... we'll see how it goes....
