I hope everything goes well for you Pam - I'm thinking of you and have everything crossed!! Please let us know how you make out. I did OK yesterday - I lost another pound so that's good. I'm hoping if I can stay good in the next few days I'll see the 160's on the scale. I saw 170.0 last night, but this morning was 171.1. Plan for today: B: Nothing - water and coffee - we lost power this morning and it just came on so I was distracted from eating. L: AdvantEdge carb control shake D: Turkey chili Snacks: pretzels, protein bar Exercise: last night I was practicing for my tap lessons and woke up in the middle of the night with a MASSIVE cramp in my right calf!! I'm going to practice again today, but take it a little easier... Hugs to all, Nancy 171
