Good morning all - I'm going to post relatively early or before I know it the day is gone and I haven't posted. Still doing ok - overdid it a bit on peanut butter filled pretzels yesterday, but still holding at 170. I figure on the weekends I'm going to treat myself a bit to 'not too horrible' foods - no sugar, cookies, breads, etc. On the weekdays, it's protein drinks for breakfast and lunch and high protein dinner.
