MTL Friday
Well, I wound up just under 2000 calories yesterday. I did just fine all day long, but when 10 pm rolled around, I lost control and had 450 useless calories. Today, I'm up to 226 and I'm SOOOO puffy. I really have to get this water out of my body!
Here's today's plan:
B: Mini bagel (did I mention that these have decent protein and fiber numbers?)
L: Not sure...either Subway or a microwave meal
D: burritos (healthy, at home)
S: protein shake, Skinny Cow ice cream
Exercise: no time like the present to do at least 15 minutes, huh?
