MTL - Wednesday... (8/2)
Good morning July babies!
I've had two pretty good days. I've stayed away from sugar and white carbs. I've had over 100 grams of protein. The down side... I've discovered I can't handle pork rinds. I've overdosed on them, and while in moderation their a good snack. I have no control with them. So.... I'm eliminating them from my diet

L: Going to have a breafast burrito and just eat the inside of it.
S: Protein shake
D: Steak and salad
