MTL - Wednesday... (8/2)

Good morning July babies! I've had two pretty good days. I've stayed away from sugar and white carbs. I've had over 100 grams of protein. The down side... I've discovered I can't handle pork rinds. I've overdosed on them, and while in moderation their a good snack. I have no control with them. So.... I'm eliminating them from my diet Here's today's plan: Breakfast: Tilapia Applesauce Snacks: AchievOne Grilled Chicken Lunch: Tuna Lettuce Light Dressing Snacks: AchievOne Deli Turkey Dinner: South Beach Cashew Chicken Snack: Sugar Free Popsicles Nutrition: 1246 Calories 29 Fat 58 Carbs 143 Protein Exercise: 75 minutes water aerobics.... Good morning!! I'm not doing too bad, had some good days! Here's my plan for today: B: Southbeach high protein cereal bar S: Nectarine L: Going to have a breafast burrito and just eat the inside of it. S: Protein shake D: Steak and salad Have a great day!!!
