Good morning!
Well, I had plans to get up at 5:30 to do my exercise, but my son kept me up until 1 AM with girlfriend problems, so I'll do the exercise when I get home tonight. It's W-A-Y to hot to walk outside and it's supposed to get even hotter the next few days....
Here's my plan for today:
B: didn't eat anything - upset stomach; still not feeling too great
L: planning on Carb Countdown and Isopure protein powder shake
D: Turkey burger with some cheese, broccoli and a peach for dessert
Snacks:
Happy Herb pretzels
Power Crunch bar
Unjury in lemonade

I'm really hoping to get back on track. I've been naughty and I think that's why my tummy is upset....

Good afternoon! I'm back on track today too!! It's cooler today in sunny CA than it has been. Even we have been melting out here!!!
Here's the plan for today:
B: Southbeach High protein breakfast bar
S: Protein shake
L: Taco salad from home
D: Not sure yet, so hot, I dont want to cook! LOL
I don't post my total calories etc because I log those as I go. But it still helps me to plan my menu!
