Yesterday was a perfect day as far as eating compliance is concerned. I didn't exercise, however. I was a lazy nelly..... Here's today's plan:

Believe it or not, I actually stuck with my plan...at least, I stuck with my calorie limit. I had to shift some other things around. I also exercised...15 minutes, but I did it!
B: english muffin
L: chicken wrap, cottage cheese
D: little homemade pizzas (the kind made with biscuits)
S: crackers, string cheese
Exercise: Maybe I'll make it to 30 minutes...it's just so darned hot, even in my basement!
