Good morning.... Yesterday was a perfect day as far as eating compliance is concerned. I didn't exercise, however. I was a lazy nelly..... Here's today's plan: Breakfast: Tilapia Applesauce Snack: AchievOne Lunch: South Beach Cashew Chicken Snack: AchievOne Dinner: Grilled Pork Chop Nutrition: 1113 Calories 33 Fat 48 Carb 119 Protein Exercise: 75 mins water aerobics - DONE! 60 mins low impact aerobics class 25 mins Pilates Have a great day! Believe it or not, I actually stuck with my plan...at least, I stuck with my calorie limit. I had to shift some other things around. I also exercised...15 minutes, but I did it! B: english muffin L: chicken wrap, cottage cheese D: little homemade pizzas (the kind made with biscuits) S: crackers, string cheese Exercise: Maybe I'll make it to 30 minutes...it's just so darned hot, even in my basement! Wow this was a busy weekend. I didn't journal but I don't think I did bad at all. Here's my plan for today: B: Special K Snack Bites (forgot my protein bar) L: Lean Cuisine meal S: Power crunch bar D: Grilled chicken I'll post my totals later! Pam I haven't forgotten that recipe!
