Hello my wonderful support group! One of my dear friends is in town from Denver. For some reason, when I get with friends, I act like I don't need to watch what I eat. So... yesterday was another day of defiance.... You know the drill, I'm going to dust myself off and try again today.... Yesterday's actual: Breakfast: Tilapia Applesauce Snack: AchievOne Lunch: Salmon Lettuce Lite Dressing Dinner: Steak Big fat soft dinner roll!!!!! Garlic bread !!!!!! Butter!!!! Snack: Oatmeal cookies LOTS OF THEM!!!!
