I have no special plans for today. I might start painting the computer room, but that's about the extent of my exciting day. I actually exercised yesterday, although it was 15 tiny minutes on the treadmill. I was sweating bullets, it was so HOT downstairs!
B: english muffin
S: granola bar
L: chicken wrap, cottage cheese, crackers
S: 1/2 large apple, laughing cow cheese
D: grilled chicken, potatoes and broccoli, green beans
S: popsicle
Exercise: does painting count?

Hello my support group friends! Happy Independence Day!
I have to say I have no real eating plans today. I'm having some peanut butter on a spoon right now...
I went out early and did some weeding and mowed the lawn - I have about 1/4 acre, so that counts as exercise!! I also mended a fence that had fallen down.
I'm going to do the WATP tape today. I've been finding that when I exercise lately I've been getting heart palpitations ~ even if I just take a walk. I looked it up on the web, and they say it's really not anything to worry about. I've had them before - I think stress brings them on. I'm going to try and ignore them and see what happens.
Hugs,
Nancy
