I was hungry yesterday so I ate more than planned. I really didn't eat anything bad, I added a protein bar, some ham and swiss cheese rolled up and I also ate a Honey Nut Cheerio breakfast bar. I had my pretzels, but only about 1 serving, so not terrible. I plan to eat low calories today - I remember that being a way to break a plateau in Weigh****chers, so I'm going to give it a try (not that I'm on a plateau....)
Here's my plan for today:
B: Unjury in lemonade
L: Power Crunch Bar
D: Turkey Sloppy Joe, spinach
Snacks:
Pretzels
Kashi Go Lean Bar

I was in compliance yesterday and I got up and went to the pool today. Unfortunately, I think the weekend caught up wth me, the scale is up 2 lbs. Oh well, just got to get to work so the scale will go the other way again.... Here's today's plan:
Breakfast: Tilapia
Snack: AchievOne
Lunch: Chicken Breast/Swiss Cheese
Snack: Deli Turkey
Dinner: Steak/1/2 cup mixed steamed vegetables (going to Lonestar tonight)
