NORMAL BMI!!!

Hey gang, I almost can't type this I am so jazzed up right now. I just went to weigh at the doctor's office and I am now 162 pounds. That means my BMI is NORMAL!!! How wild is that? That's a big deal for someone that was Superobese and 432 pounds not quite 24 months ago!!! I still can't believe it!!! This surgery has been absolutely amazing. I have lost 270 pounds. My health is 10,000% better. I am so much more active now. I still battle the mind stuff....like head hunger and depression....but I guess that is my next big challenge to take. Bobby 432 / 162 / -270 and a NORMAL BMI!!!

You are the ultimate success story! Even though you are battling head hunger and depression, you have done what you are supposed to do, and all I can say is WOW!!!

. I too need to do some 'head' work - I am a food addict, and I need to learn how to live with that and stay healthy. Keep up the great work, and don't be such a stranger!!
