More to Lose Thursday...6/8
The minute I post this, the other thread will pop up. It ALWAYS happens that way!
I stuck to my plan perfectly yesterday...well, except for the exercise end of things. I'm still not wanting to do that. So maybe next week, once I get the eating back under control, I'll add exercise back in. Not that walking is REALLY exercise...

Well... I almost stuck to plan yesterday. I did great until about 3:00 and then I fell into a bag of oatmeal cookies AND cashews!!!! Here's today's plan:

Steak
Didn't exercise this morning.... I went to the pool, but no lifeguard!!! I was outdone... I got up at 4:30 am, drove to the pool and turned around and went back home. I had not problem going back to bed, however!!!
