More to lose... Tuesday (6/6).....

Today is my 23rd month post-op. I am 4 lbs less than I was this time one year ago. I'm grateful for having maintained over this past year, but really had hoped to have lost more. It's not over yet, onward and downward! Yesterday was okay... although I fell into a bag of oatmeal cookies!!! I've got to find something to curb my junk craze. I'm told that Lawry's pork rinds are good sources of protein and snacks. Haven't been able to find them in St. Louis as yet. Here's today's gameplan:

I fell into a bag of peanut butter pretzels - but otherwise did ok. I'm back on board today - that's the great thing - it's a new day and I can always try again.
Here's my plan:
B: 4 oz. 1% milk with 1/2 scoop Isopure protein powder
L: white tuna (3 oz) with some cucumber and green pepper slices
D: Green salad with 3 oz tuna, 12 med. shrimp, tomato, cucumber and green pepper and SF salad dressing
Snacks:
WW Flakes & Fiber cereal
SF Jello
1/2 Atkins PB granola bar
Totals:
Calories: 895
Carbs: 28 ( I don't count the carbs in veggies)
Protein: 106
Exercise: It's a beautiful day, so I'm going to walk for 1/2 hour at lunchtime. I'll also do a WATP tape when I get home.

Hi Ladies!!!
Glad to see the train still moving. I've got to curb my junk craze as well. I'm still riding along happily.
No real plan for today. I just haven't had the time to cook or stock up on more frozen meals.
