Hey Lynda, congratulations on your weight. I've lost about the same amount of weight in the same time frame and I can understand your growing excitement. Keep up the good work.

Congratulations on your weight loss, i had surgery on July 3rd/i'm down 65 lbs. I agree with you i have more energy everyday, and feel wonderful..I still can't eat very much but that's the idea i guess. I only eat a few teaspoons of something at a meal. I only have about 30 more lbs. to go. Good luck again to you.... Dorothy Upstate NY 212/151/125

My surgery was on 7/7/03 and I am down 72 lbs. I could never imagine such a thing and how much energy I would have. Anyway life has always been great but getting better each day.

Topic: RE: How much have you lost?
Hi Dominique, I had surgery on July 9m 2003 So far I've lost about 50 lbs it went quick the first month, but the weight loss has slowed down to a crawl, only lost about 6 lbs last month, but I have been lossing inches, cause now I can fit into old jeans and dresses that I thought were a lost cause and was about to give away. I am happy with the loss so far. I'm just scared, because I can eat so much more now and I'm no where near what I want to weigh in the long run 300/251/140-170

You go girl! Your message post is exciting and awesome. Congrats! Don't do the reduction yet. Wait until you believe that you are at your goal or you will have to do it more than once. The "old ladies" will thank you for it. LOL I love the fact that sitting in tight chairs is not a task anymore. I can totally relate.
