I so happy for those of you that have made the century mark!!! For those of you that are slower losers like I am don't get discouraged. I can say that right now because I am having a good day ask me tomorrow and it may be another story. I have now lost 72 pds and am thrilled! I checked out my weight loss planner on here and I am right on target to lose a 100% of my weight YEAH! I don't think I'm even due to hit the century mark till around the 8th or 9th month. I was behind before and may be again down the road but I'm just glad I'm in the general vacinity!

Wow Kendra, That is so awesome. You are doing great. On 12-25, I will be 5 months out. At the present time, I weigh 183. -97 lbs. Hope you have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year. I am so glad I get to be the first to congradulate you! How wonderful!!!! Keep up the good work. I had surgery on 7/17 and am down 88.5 pounds. I, like you, am feeling good. Again, keep trucking along! Just think about what you will look like next summer- sexy!

Well, I haven't updated in a long time but I still lurk around. I had open RNY 7/8/03. My starting weight was 284 lbs. Today, 12/11/03, I weighed 177 lbs. My BMI has gone from 44.5 to 27.7 in just 5 months and I am down 107 pounds. I was wearing sizes 26-28 on the day of my surgery. I bought a skirt today, size 14 and blouse, size medium. Talk about a boost of self-confidence. Life is so good and I have been so blessed.

That is so awsume Paula! It just amazes me that it is possible to do this with dedication and the new tool we have been given. What a wonderful Christmas present. Way to go! I am down 105 since July 16th and feel AMAZING!!! This is the best thing I have ever done for myself!

That is awesome...and you are doing great. The 25th will be here before you know it and you will get on the scale and smile at how far you have come. I used the link and it told me I need to part with 1720 extra calories a day. Does that mean I need to deduct 1720 calories from my daily intake? I am only eating 800-900 how can I possibly lose another 1720? Even with LOTS of exercise it would be impossible. Maybe I don't understand the calculator. Could you help me out with it. My height is 5'5 curent weight 237 goal weight 155 in 7 months. Thanks.
