Topic: I feel so much better!
I have lost 87.5lbs since July 1, 2003 and I feel absolutely GREAT! I wish for everyone to have a happy and joyous new year!

OK, I know this is something that's probably been posted to death on the main boards, but I wondered if there are any others out there who are at 5+ months post op and have hit a plateau? My hair has finally stopped falling out, I'm able to complete a full 45-minute aerobic and toning exercise session with no problems or discomfort, I've lost 82 pounds from 322 to 240 and am now a tight 2X. I feel I should be much further along, and now, for the last 4 weeks, I'm plateauing at 240. Anyone else experiencing something like this?

Me, too!! I haven't had any other problems - just a runny nose and sneezing!!! Weird! I wonder what it is?

I'm with you. Open RNY on July 30. Started at 342.4. Now I'm somewhere in the neighborhood of 230 - 235. I don't weigh myself any more often than once a month. What I measure is my declining fasting blood sugars (average 101). Thinner is good. Whipping diabetes is great.

Hey Paula I laughed when i seen skinnyminnie beside your name my God father passed away last year he always called me that when i was going on 400lbs lol it made me think if he could see me now!! Congratulations on your lost I had surgery right after you and i am down by 101lbs thank God I cant see it like I wont but I feel it in my clothes and inches good luck and I pray you reach your goal and are happy with ur results!!!!Shemone
