Wow, it's amazing how so many people seem to come down with the same symptoms. I too have the runny nose thing going on. Rosa

Hello everyone, I too am in the same boat. The cravings are full steam ahead. I've been feeling fearful that the weightloss is coming to an end. I had my surgery July 9, and it seems that the scale has stopped moving. I know I need to become more active, but I'm still a little worried about the return of the battle with cravings. It's nice to have others to share these feelings with who understand. I wish us all the best in this struggle. We will overcome this. Rosa

Sharon, You're doing just fine! My surgery was July 10th, 2003 and I'm only 7 lbs ahead of you. I've lost a total of 82 now. Try to eat slower and take smaller bites. If you're eating too fast, you are going to streatch out your pouch. It's hard, especially when you're eating with the family, but stick to your guns...one bite every 3 to 4 minutes and you'll find you're fuller faster and you'll lose more quickly. Good luck!

I know exactly whayt you are going through. I have been dealing with the same issues, hoping that I don't screw everything up. Thank god there are others out there who understand where we are all coming from. It's tough, but we will all make it through!!!

OR IF I LAY DOWN ON MY PILLOW AT NITE TOO QUICKLY. I THINK OUR BODIES HAVE HAD SUCH AN ADJUSTMENT WITH ALL THIS WEIGHT LOSS. I SEEM TO BE OK NOW. DOROTHY UPSTATE NY 211/119/?

Sharon, The same thing happened to me. I plateaued for almost a month and then in one week lost almost 10 lbs. I'm on another plateau right now and only have lost 1 lb in the last 10 days. It is so frustrating!!! What seems to work for me was doing something drastic to 'shock' my system. I either do hardcore Atkins Induction (which I started today) or a full day of back to the basic....liquids only. You are doing awesome so far.....75 lbs lost is great. We all just have to be patient. It's going to continue to come off. Best of luck to you, Michelle 270/176/130
