I too am scheduled to have my surgery on July 3rd. Great holiday weekend Huh? But we will be on our way by Thanksgiving!! We might be able to eat some strained turkey!!!LOL LOL

Hi Joe, yes i am also scheduled for July 3rd, was supposed to have it done last wed.June 11th but they changed hospitals on me and the date, i was not happy at all. So here i am counting the days again...16 days and counting...I'm in upstate NY quite aways from you...Best of luck on your surgery as well. Terri - I will be thinking of you on that day - I am also scheduled for my surgeyr on July 24th. This last month will be very hard for me, I started this journey in February when I began to research and finally attended a seminar on March 31st. What a long haul. The insurance approval was the easy part, waiting for the 24th to get here I am finding to be the hardest part. Take care and hang in there - it will be here before we know it.

My surgery date is July 10, 2003. I am scared too but I am excited too. I am looking forward to losing all of this weight. I know it will be hard at first but it will be worth it in the end. Let me know how you are doing. Best wishes.

I report for surgery at 10 am on 7/9/03 at Ocala Regional Hospital. It's hard to beleive that I will be seeing this happen after waiting almost 3 years!! Anxious? YES!!!!
