Hey guys,
I'm starting a little email digest, so we can email each other about how we are doing...it started with July 1st, but I think some July 2nd would be good. If you would like to join, it would just mean I would send ya'll an email with everyones address on it, so that when you reply to all, you tell everyone how you are doing...just temporary while we get adjusted to this new deal...anyway, let me know by email: [email protected]

Wow, we need to have our own July 1st message board...I wonder if there would be an easy way for us to email each other as a group as we get out....anyway, I'm having mine july 1 st in the AFTERNOON in Birmingham AL... and I followed a diet designed to shrink the liver for the past few days, except for today, I was good, then had my farwell two donuts and liquids tomorrow, tests on Monday, and surgery on Tues. Ya'll will probably be coming out of the recovery room before I go in, but don't worry, I won't ask you to email us how it went until you get home!!!!
All those in favor of having a temporary July 1 email digest for the next few months as we go through it say AYE by sending an email to [email protected] and I'll set it up.

my name is cindy and i live in nj. my surgery date is also 1 july and i have been waiting for this day since aug 2002. i cant believe its finally here, and cant wait to have a new start at my life. i have been praying and am at peace about this, but am also scared. i have faith that this is what i am supposed to do, and feel that everything will be fine.

Hi Sharon!!!! I'm Pam. I am having my surgery on July 21,2003 as well. I would love to be a buddy for you, because I am looking for a buddy as well. I am looking for ppl to chat with about my surgery. My surgery is July 21,2003. I want to talk to ppl who are waiting for surgery as well. I really would love to talk to someone also who has already had surgery. I just want a buddy to chat with and compare aches and pains after surgery. What can I expect after surgery? What is the best thing you took to the hospital? What was something u took and really didn't need at all? Did you take your medicines with you to the hospital? Congratulations Dorothy. You'll do great. I wish for a very speedy recovery for you. I am from Las Vegas, and having open RNY in LA on 7/2. Haven't been sleeping much. Can't wait for my new life. Just think, instead of having one birthday a year, now we all get to have two
