It is hard to believe that July is finally here - I thought it could not come fast enough. Now, I have 3 weeks of waiting time, but that is better than months. I love to read everyone's experience (good and bad), I think the more info the better for us all. Good Luck! K
Topic: 8 days to go!
Only 8 days before I have surgery! I can't believe that it is finally here! All my tests have come out great and I'm ready to go. I've been on a clear liquid diet since June 25th to make the surgery easier for both me and my surgeon. At first it was hard, but after one week of this, I don't even think of food. I've already lost 15#.

Will my date is here. I look forward to the big day. I started at 369.5 in FEB. Today I am down to 320.2 at very happy. Hope to go down to at least 200. I will let all know how it goes. Best of luck to in pre-op for July.

Can you believe it? The first of our group are now in surgery with all the seconds in our group do their packing and getting ready for that pre-op cleansing! It's hard to believe that in a few short weeks we will all be losers LOL! Now all you people having surgery this week get back to us as soon as you can to let us know how you are doing and fill us in on all the details. Jules

I can't believe that it is finally July. Now we can all say we are having surgery this month. Congrats and Good Luck to all of you that are starting a new journey this month. My open rny is July 25th. So the countdown is on. woohoooooooo. I will keep everyone in my thoughts and prayers as you cross over the losing/winning side. I have my pre-op test on July 17th. I know that I will stay busy between now and then. I can honestly say that I am not nervous or scared. I am so hyped about this. I am anxious and excited and I refuse to think about the "what ifs". hugs and prayers to all - Paula

I am having my surgery on July 10th. At Albany Medical Center. Keep me posted I'd love to hear how things go for you.

Hey Diana,
I didn't realize you had a date of July 21st. I am soo excited for all of us. I am scared a little, but very anxious to get it over with and begin a new life. We will all do fine. I will be praying for you too. Keep in touch.
