Topic: July 9th just around the corner
My WLS date is July 9th and I'm getting anxious. My husband is too. We do everything together so this is a joint effort , even though I'm the one having surgery. Kepp me in your prayers.

Time is getting close. I look at my calender a dozen times a day, since I found out my date (as if that will make time go faster.) Looking for someone from Tuscaloosa, Alabama and that had surgery from Dr. DeWitt.

I am scheduled for 7/15 also. I can't wait. People ask if I am nervous, I am feel more excited than I do nervous. I keep waiting for the panic button. I guess it will hit me the night before surgery. Good Luck and Prayers are with you

I can only imagine how scared you are, I'm petrified and Im just starting the process my dr appt with the surgeon is Aug. 4th. I wish you good luck and a speedly and "painless" recovery. God Bless and remember why we are doing this, It's scary, but it will prolong our lives and we will be here to create more memories!

Good luck tomorrow and hope your surgery on the 15th goes smoothly and you will soon be on the "losing" side. I'm just starting the process to get to surgery so I hope to chat with you later about how things went and I"m sure with God's help everything will be just fine. Good Luck!

A big congratulations! My surgery too is scheduled for July 8th! So we will be celebrating our new beginning together. You will be in my thoughts and prayers for a quick and painless recovery. See you light-er!!
