My date for july 16th is no longer going to happen my DR. Adaniel malpractice insurance for bariatric surgery has been cancelled nothing to do with him they just decided they would no longer cover wls, he is trying to get another company but till then who knows..I cannot express my emotional state right now first April then May then June finally July now nothing..I wish all the rest of you luck and my love........Terry

Hello everyone. I went for my final preop visit with Dr.Greene yesterday. He told me someone decided to not have the surgery and I could be scheduled for their earlier date of Friday July 11th instead of Friday July 25th. Julia has to call Shadygrove hospital Monday to schedule me on the operating room list. I have to postpone my Florida trip for a few weeks, but I don't mind the sacrifice at all. Dr.Greene gave me my pre and post op instructions. I now have to continue the 3 protein shakes a day and lots of water only. I have to do a lot of walking to exercise my lungs. They gave me my 7 perscriptions to get filled. Some of them have to be ordered but will be in by Monday. Tuesday I will begin taking some of them. Thursday night i will give my self the first Lovenex injection. This is a blood thinner to prevent post op clotting. I will write more later. Have a wonderful and safe 4th of July! Bev

Topic: Pre surgery anxiety

I've struggled for months to find the end of the rainbow, and now that I've found it, date being July 21, every emotion under the sun i****ting me. Has anyone been having this problem? What will my girls do without me for a week? What if I have complications will it be longer? The anxiety is emotionally and physically draining. Yet, the other 75% of me is jumping for joy, screaming and yelling, WAAAAAAAAAAAHOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! God bless you all on your journey to wellness.

Topic: having problems updating my profile and personal messages

I need help, I have been trying to update my personal message on my profile and have been unsuccessful. I just keep going in circles. First I click on the tan colored "update you profile" bar, which takes me to a screen where it asks for my name and passcode, then I cllick on the bar below, to update my profile, and then it just takes me back to where I was. Is there a secret I'm not getting? Could someone please help me figure it out? I'm not computer illiterate by no means. Have I missed something very obvious?
