I have a lot of empathy for what you are feeling. My surgery is sched for the 22nd & I've one heck of a big case of pre-surgery jitters. Fortunately I live alone so I can't take this out on anyone! I feel like no one understands what a major event this is. I don't want to be around anyone right now because all I can think of is the surgery. I've been second guessing everything. I am sure everyone who goes through this must have their emotions on high so I'm trying to take it easy on myself. God Bless & good luck. I'm sure we'll do just fine!!

hello michele... what you are feeling is perfactly normal... just those bad nerves we get riught before something this big is going to happen... you need to take come time out for yourself and relax... talk to your hubbie and make time to treat yorself and feel better... you know as well as i do if MOM is worked up the WHOLE FAMILY IS!! so take care of mom and the rest will fall into place... i kinda have an idea of what you are going through right now because my surgery is on the 28th also.. my nerves are on edge also... but i am takeing time for myself and it seems to help.. take care gf!! everthing will be allright!! god bless... tammy

I am having a very bad day. My date is Monday the 28th and I thought I was so ready for this. Today I am really wondering. I have done nothing today but fight with my kids (16 & 12). My husband is now mad at everyone because of all the fighting. And all I can do is cry. I cancelled all my plans for the day because I feel out of control of my emotions. IS THIS NORMAL ?
