I had my surgery 7/22/2003. Currently, I have lost more than I weigh. I started at 240 Lbs (I am 5'3'') I now weigh........ 115 Lbs. I have energy now, I can chase my kids and BREATH!! Thank you Dr. Irgau and Dr. Wynn!!!!!

Congratulations Amy! Way to go, girl! I'm also half the weight (and twice the person) I once was. My highest recorded weight (not my actual highest) was 424. 18 months post-op, I'm at 207. It's unbelievable, isn't it? All the things we can now do, that "normies" take for granted. Give yourself a big hug! Uncle Timmy

Hey there! We are surgery Twins!!! I had Open RNY on 7/22/03 and have lost 137#!!!! Started at 267# and have been at 130# for a couple of weeks now YEEEEHAWWWWWW!!!!
