MY TOTAL LOSS SO FAR IS 170LBS, STILL IN THE RESTRICTIVE PHASE, I AM HOPING TO LOOSE 30LBS SOOOOOOON! TO MAKE MY PERSONAL GOAL, BEFORE PLASTICS
Anniversary Date--July 28, 2004
To date I have lost 112 lbs. I went from 295.5 to 183.0. My goal from my Doctor is 171lbs. I would love to be in the 160's. Congrats to all for making it a year!!!!
Okay I was 412 pounds 1 year ago today! Today I am 249 pounds. That's a loss of 163 pounds!
I am down 201 pounds from my highest weight of 450 pounds!

My anniversary was July 10th. I am (at last check) down from 258 lbs to 133. That's exactly 125 lbs. I want to lose the last 8 to reach my goal, but if I stop now, WHO CARES! I've lost 125 LBS!

Good idea...anniversary date 7/15/2003 starting weight 244, today weight 126, loss of 118 pounds!
