century club

I had surgery on July 18, 2003 and I now weight 225 ibs I started at 350 wearing a size 30 jeans with elistic all throw the waist. I now can wear a size 18-20 in regular jeans. I love the process.

Congratulations Carol! That is awesome, everytime I went down a size and "zipped" my first pair of jeans again after 30 years of excess weight, WOW what a rush! Great continued success as you go!

Carole: Way to go!!! Isn't it just a total feeling of "wow" when you look down and see that 100# is just gone forever. No matter what happens in our lives, that can't be taken away. We have to live with the fact that we are just a bunch of big old losers!!!!!!! I know I plan on having a more enjoyable summer than last without all of those extra pounds hanging around (well, except the ones hanging around my stomach yet!!). Last summer was for healing - this year's for living!!!!!!!! Take care. Rhonda
