Quirky runny nose and sneezing when full..........

I think it's so interesting and hope they find out someday why this happens! At first I thought I was becoming allergic to some foods or something. Seemed like I'd sneeze after eating eggs every time. Then on one of my post-op visits they gave me a form to fill out and one of the questions was asking if you had a runny nose! So now that I know, I've watched closely and it's always when I'm full. I also think that it's interesting how a lot of people have their tastes change so very much after surgery. I use to love tuna, and milk, etc. and now I can't tolerate them. I craved chocolate ALL the time before surgery and now I don't even think about it. I now get cravings for certain foods for weeks at a time. I had pinto beans every day for two weeks recently. Salad is another one I go overboard on. The cravings I have now are so different than the ones I had before surgery! Thank goodness.

Yea, I have the runny nose thing too! I just thought I was now allergic or something, because I sure can't be coming down with a cold all these months. That's interesting, at least I can better understand the "nose" deal. Thanks!

Me, too!! I haven't had any other problems - just a runny nose and sneezing!!! Weird! I wonder what it is?

Going through the post and came across this one and it really caught my attention. I had my surgery July 22, 2003 and I have never been one to have a runny nose and now I do and man do I ever have sneezing fits. I can't say I notice this when I am full, but I do know this is different for me and wonder "what's up"?

Wow, it's amazing how so many people seem to come down with the same symptoms. I too have the runny nose thing going on. Rosa

Well, I'm glad I ran upon this...I have had a runny nose all winter long...I thought It was an allergic reaction to something....I can't even bend over to tie my shoes without my nose dripping...

Yeah the runny nose thing is still going on every single day! I bent over to look at something and there "it" was runny straight to the floor! It was embarrassing!
