http://www.obesityhelp.com/morbidobesity/weightloss.phtml I found this weight lose planner last night. You file in the blanks and it will tell you approxamently how much you will lose a week and when you would reach goal. It tells you how many calories you need to subtract from what you are burning in order to lose the weight daily. It also gives you an idea of how many calories is used when you are exercising. Of coarse, nothing is perfect and all of our bodies are different and have different needs. We have to know our own body. If one thing (example: certain # of calories)doesn't work for you then try something different until you get the results you want.

Barbara, I used the link and it told me I need to part with 1720 extra calories a day. Does that mean I need to deduct 1720 calories from my daily intake? I am only eating 800-900 how can I possibly lose another 1720? Even with LOTS of exercise it would be impossible. Maybe I don't understand the calculator. Could you help me out with it. My height is 5'5 curent weight 237 goal weight 155 in 7 months. Thanks.
