I just wanted to let everyone know that I am elated! I'm down 30# after only 3 weeks and so far have been able to keep down everything I've tried. I'm taking it very slow, but things are going well. My prayers go out to all those awaiting surgery and good luck! And to all those post - op, isn't this great? Is this what you imagined? I never thought the weight would come off so fast.
