Yes, had mine on 7-22-03 in Pontiac, MI. I've lost 8 lbs, and am still drinking liquid with some soft food like yogurt, jellow, mashed potatoes, etc. Am feeling better everyday, how are you?

Hi i had my lap band in on 7/1/03 i'm doing great so far. I've lost about 17 now and have seriously slowed my weight loss inthe last week, i'll be getting my first fill next week and hope that will keep the loss going. Good luck to all of you

I had Lap Band surgery on July 21, and feel amazingly well. Have been back to work a week already. I am down 27 lbs (15 of which I lost before surgery to qualify for an outpatient procedure). I feel so much better.
