P.s. My starting weight was 323. I am down to 265. yeah! I hit a plateau for 3 weeks and now starting to lose again. I am trying to remember my protein shakes. I keep on forgetting to drink them. I know that the more you drink the more you lose...I haven't started excericising as yet. I am wanting to start curves, but until I do I want to walk (should be walking 2mls per day per my surgeon's orders) need some initiative. Have any ideas?
