It's been 16 months!

I want to wish all Good Luck and Success. My surgery date was 3-21-02 and by 11-02 I had lost 100 pounds and have kept it off for 8 months. I need to lose 20 more so I can get rid of my excess skin and hope to get on the ball after my 3 children return to school 8-4-03. I feel wonderful and my clothes have gone from size 24 to 14. I have a wonderful supportive family including a wonderful husband and I know they are no longer embarrased by me and that makes it all worthwhile. My counselors were and still are wonderful and supportive and if you ever have a bad day go see yours and it will pick you up! Good luck all and if you ever need advice just let me know. Hi Diane, Glad you are doing so well...you will reach your goal because you really want it. I am scheduled for WLS on Monday July 28. Very nervous but I know in the long run everything will be ok. Good luck to you...Angie
