Two Weeks and Counting!
Well, It's almost here and I am beginning to get the jitters. I have been defrosting everything in my freezer and cooking like crazy because I know I won't eat the stuff after. This Thursday, the 17th, I will be going in to see my surgeon to ask all the pre-op questions I have. I went to my therapist today and will see him again next week before traveling to Portland for surgery. I want to thank everyone for the messages of encouragement and I guess cold-feet are normal at this point. I have a 20 month old baby at home and am a single parent, so this HAS TO be a success! I will try to keep everyone informed about my experience, as the experiences of others on this site have been extremely beneficial to me. Bye for now, J.
