Surgery on July 15th.

I am just checking in to see if there are any others that are having their surgery tomorrow? I am preparing myself by keeping busy doing the housework that I know I won't be able to do for awhile, paying all of the bills that are due in the next week or so, and playing with my son. I am waiting for my husband to get home from work, which is not going to be for about 7 more hours. I just want to sit with him and my son and enjoy their company. I will be thinking of all of you tomorrow. Wishing you well.

Hi Jenn, I am also having surgery tomorrow. I have to report to the hospital at 5:15am for surgery at 7:30am. I have been sitting around not doing much other then enjoying my children, hub and mom. After everyone goes to bed tonight I might write a couple letters to them "just in case". I do believe in positive thinking and am SURE all will go well, but there is always that slight chance that something may happen and I want to be sure my children know how much I love them. My children are almost 12, 10 and twins almost 2yrs, so the older ones sort of understand but of course the little ones can't. I think the closest I got to being excited was when I talked to the hospital today for last minute directions and such. They are so nice and always have positive attitudes. Maybe I will not get excited over this, I really thought I would, seems like I am the only one in the world not to. LOL I am a bit anxious and excited at what the future holds for me, I just want this over with and to be on the losing side. Hi, I am having surgery tomorrow. I have been busy with my son (21 months), who has decided be get sick today. He is running a 102 temp right now. Finally asleep. I hope the fever breaks. Last minute plan changes in the morning if he cannot go to daycare and be picked up by his Auntie. Perfect timing right! I wish you all the best tomorrow.
