I have a Date!!!!

I am looking for ppl to chat with about my surgery. My surgery is July 21,2003. I want to talk to ppl who are waiting for surgery as well. I really would love to talk to someone also who has already had surgery. I just want a buddy to chat with and compare aches and pains after surgery. What can I expect after surgery? What is the best thing you took to the hospital? What was something u took and really didn't need at all? Did you take your medicines with you to the hospital? Don't get the gitters. My date is July 3rd. I start my pre-op tests tomorrow afternoon - on my daughter's 15th birthday. I've met a lot of positive people, as well as a lot of anxious ones still waiting for a surgery date. I'm so fortunate. I haven't had to wait long at all. I'm having my gall bladder taken out as well. I have diabetes, HBP, and high cholesterol, so I'm hoping all things get better quickly. Email back and I'll give you some post-op perspective on Sun. or Mon. after I get home. Don't let the gitters get to you. It's a new beginning. Take care.
