Another one for July 8th!!!

I am so excited and nervous too. I just can't wait to have it be over with. I have so many questions as to what to expect when I come to, after surgery. I am having a laproscopic gastric bypass...not sure of the technical name for it. This is scary for me since my husband died 4 months ago in the same hospital I will be in. He is different though since he was sick. But I still worry about my kids and if I will be okay. I have to do this though. I will just walk in my faith and go or it. Pray for me, please. I pray each day for everyone having surgery that day.

I'll say an extra prayer for you Shari, I am sure things will be fine, but understand why you are nervous.

Shari, I share the July 8th date with you too. I'm a 54 yr old happily married mom of two grown children. I want to lose 100+ pds to be able to enjoy retirement some day soon. I'm having an open RNY in Mpls at 10:00am that day, I will remember you in my prayers an try to keep in touch with you after also for moral support. Best to you, Jane Krisak
