This is Tonya Hammer posting for her hubby! This next weekend will be his 13 months since his life changing surgery! He has lost 247 lbs. The day of surgery he weighed in at 490! What a difference it makes in his life! He now thinks he can conquer the world ...lol He has gone from size 72 pants to 46 and 7x shirt to 2x. He continues to lose 3-5 pounds every 2 days and it is truely a Gift From God! Im thankful every day that I still have my husband with me! He was a fortunate man that he only had Bad Ankles as a big man ... after losing all this weight he doesnt even complain about them. He may shoot me for this but I wanted everyone to know how proud I am of him and his accomplishments!

Congratulations!!! So glad to see your satisfaction with the surgical procedure. You look marvelous!!!! You not only lost 190 lbs, you lost about 20 years off of your age by the looks of things; is that how you feel? Joints feel better? Keep up the good work and here's to your health!! Janet Pazey

I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm doing fine. I've lose 142lbs. I was in a size 26/28. Now, I'm in a size 6, which I can not believe. I am in the process of looking into plastic surgery. I'll keep you all posted.

congrats!! This is my one-year anniversary too. I'm down to 195 from 308. I've been on a 4-month plateau, but am fighting the carb monster and the exercise demon to get back in the swing of things. Happy anniversary to us!! Laura
