Announcing the 2nd Annual Fall Gala Sponsored by OKC RNY New Beginnings Support Group to benefit The Bariatric Institute of Oklahoma When: Saturday, September 11, 2004 Where: National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum In the Sam Noble Special Event Center 1700 N.E. 63rd; Oklahoma City, OK 73111 Time: Gala festivities begin at 7:00pm Who is Invited? This event is open to any bariatric surgery patient, regardless of the surgeon. The only requirement to attend is to RSVP by September 1st, 2004. What Does it Cost? Attendance is free for yourself and one guest. The charge for each additional guest will be $10.00 at the door. How Do I Dress? Wear anything you'd like. Come dressed for fun and catching up on all your achievements with friends. Party Pics will be present all night to catch your special memories. Wear what you are comfortable having a picture taken in. What Should I Expect? ? Lots of fun, Slide shows, Group Pictures and Socializing. ? A buffet with hors d'oeuvres and sugar free desserts designed for our special needs. ?
