I am sorry that I have not posted I have not been on line too much. I hope all is going well for you. Today is my one month anniversary and I have lost a total of 22 lbs. I was hoping for more but I will take it. I had a 2 week stand still that was discourging. The scales finally moved today. I have not had any problems with food except milk products. I am starting to go to the gym everyday whether I feel like it or not. My husband pushes me out the door for a 2 mile walk every night.
I live in a little town called Franklin. I work for Green Mountain Coffee Roasters in Windsor, VA as an Inventory Analyst. I was able to stay at home for 3 weeks after surgery.

How did everything go? My surgery was on 6/26 and so far, I'm feeling pretty good. Since are dates are so close together, maybe we can help motivate each other.
