I am dying on my liquid diet. My headaches are not going away and I can not concentrate. lol How is everyone else doing on their pre-op diet?

Much better now that I am home, and had a full nights sleep. I hadn't slept well since Sunday night cuz of the magnisum citrate drink, and then in the hosptial they are bugging you all the time to get vitals and drink and poke you with needles.
I still have really bad cotton mouth, so i'm still sip sip sipping away.

I was so glad my doctor said "shake for breakfast, shake for lunch, and a very moderate dinner". Can you eat yogurt?

I am right there with you I am not a fan of the liquid diet but I am going to push through.

My VSG surgery is on the 28th! Starting to feel very nervous. With you on the liquid diet, defs not my favourite thing to do. Best Wishes for your surgery :)

You can do it!! It's getting so close; and it will be SO worth it!! Keep pushing through!!

I am so excited and nervous at the same time surgery is june 29th but I must say I am becoming very depressed on this liquid diet but I can pusg through!!!
