Excited for you! My surgery is on June 11th, but I am on no carb diet drinking tons of water. Looks like we wil be making this journey "together". Looking forward to seeing your successes as well as my own! Good luck!
My surgery is scheduled for June 26th, my surgeon does not require a pre-op diet. So having several food funerals. :) I am thinking about doing a 1-week liquid diet, anyone have any recommedations?

I dont have a pre-op diet either....trying to stay inline but, yes... I have some 'last suppers' too LOL
I'm getting sleeved on June 26 and keep going back and forth between "I got this. Let's do it!" to "What am I doing? Quit!!" I'm not going to quit, just getting more and more nervous as the day gets closer. But I am also SOOO ready to move beyond this liquid diet! I'm starving!!!
