Yes you can do it. We Can Do It. We can motivate each other for the next two weeks. I have learned throughout this process positive support system is the best and also My belief in God.

Congrats! I am not only doing this for myself but for my daughter who is my joy and my life. as far as tomorrow drink plenty of fluids and the sf jello and popsiciles helps out alot. I am on my second day i started early because i felt that if i can do it over the weekend then the week will be a piece of cake.. Since we are scheduled the same date we can be each others motivators for the next two weeks.

i was sleeved June 1st & doing well. im getting my liquids in easier today, almost a little too easy at times lol. i guess im still learning my body signals, don't want to overdue it.

Topic: JUNE 20th!!!!
I am so excited, anxious, nervous, and happy all at once. To know that a new chapter in my life is beginning for me is an amazing feeling. I am most of all doing it for me. I want to be healthy and love life more then I do know. I want to be there for as long as I can for my hsband and 2 boys. I want it all for me and for them.
Tomorrow I start my preop diet. The thought of it makes me feel like the world is going to end but I don't know why. It's only 2 weeks....I CAN DO IT!!!

I am scheduled for the same day. I am so excited! And tomorrow I begin my preop diet, a little anxious about that. I am doing this for my husband and kids. I have weighed as much as 285 and I feel it wearing on my body.
Like I said, I am anxious about what tomorrow begins but I look forward to a whole new life!!!
