I agree with the post above. I don't wear an underwire either.  They seem to poke me.  I am not that busty anyway.  I am a smal C and will probably be a B after I lose weight.  A sports bra does seem to be a good idea.  I have read of people complaining that they have some incisions right around the bra line.

I am assuming that most of us female June babies wear an underwire bra... With that being said, has anyone been told by their Dr. that after surgery they can not wear them?

I just read this on another site and the woman said she recommends that women go out and buy a sports bra for the time being. I am assuming it is because of the wire putting pressure on your abdomen???

Just wondering....

Hello ,  I wish you best of luck at surgery tomorrow as i also will be having surgery tomorrow by this time .  The liquid diet was a challenge for me the first 4 days too , detoxing also.  I found chewing jello helped with the mental need to chew also sugar free gum too. sounds weird  lol chewing jello ... but it helped. I also have found alot of support and answers to many questions on this site . Best wishes for a speedy recovery !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I do hope you get a quick resolution to your diabetes after surgery.  It has been a miracle for some people and you could be one of the lucky ones!  Good luck on your liquid diet.  I'm not a doctor or a nutritionist, but I really feel the liquid diet of that length isn't appropriate for everyone.  If you just can't do it you might suggest a high protein, low carb, low fat solid diet to your nutritionist and possibly only do liquid for the last 2-3 days.  Just a suggestion ;)
