Thank you so much for posting this. Today is my first day on liquid diet. my surgery is in one week. so a week of this shouldnt be that bad right lol. You have given me hope thankyou. Good luck on ur surgery.

Congratulations on the 45 pound weight loss! What an accomplishment.

Hang in there those 20 days will go by fast. I agree please do get to a chriopractor and make sure your back is ok. Remember, after the surgery you will need to get active.

Congratulations! I admire your strength. My doctor requires clear liquids only the day before surgery.

I feel really strange not having to a liquid diet or any of that other stuff :-/

I don't think I can eat today though - my stomach is a mess from all the anxiety.  What time is your surgery? We are almost there!!!
