VSG on 06/28/11

Highest was 309 but the morning of surgery I was 303. I have only lost 51 lbs

Feel like I am losing too slowly...but so happy that 63 are gone.

1st month: -14lbs; 2nd month: -10lbs; 3rd month:-4lbs

Hi Everyone, Its been forever since I posted. Went to the Dr today. I am 5 days from being 5 months out. I have lost 80lbs. I am at a stall right now but today I got a b-12 shot and I am back on my protein. Hoping to start losing again. How is everyone else doing?
